Is it hard for older members to use?
It's designed not to be. There's no app or account — members scan a QR code or type a 4-letter code on silentbid.ca, then enter an amount. Volunteers can easily help someone place a bid on their own phone.
Do you take a percentage of what we raise?
No. SilentBid never touches the money, so there are no transaction fees. Winners pay your church directly.
Can we show our church's logo?
Yes. Every auction can have your logo. On Pro you can also set your own colours and remove SilentBid's branding.
What does it cost?
Up to 15 items is free. Larger auctions are a one-time $29 CAD (up to 50 items) or $79 CAD (up to 150 items) per event.
