Yes. One auction can hold up to 150 items on Pro, with one link and one QR code for every team in the club.
How do we collect money from winners?
SilentBid never handles money. When bidding closes, winners get an email and you get a report of who owes what, so you can collect by e-Transfer, cash, or cheque — whatever the club already uses.
Can people bid during the season-end banquet?
Yes. Put the QR poster on every table, and on Pro put the live total and countdown up on a projector so the room can watch it climb.
What does it cost?
Free for up to 15 items. $29 CAD for up to 50 items or $79 CAD for up to 150, paid once for that event. No subscription and no fees on what you raise.
