Here's exactly what running a silent auction on SilentBid looks like, start to finish.
✍️ Sign up
Enter your name, email, and phone number. We email you a 4-letter code to verify your address, then you set a password. Takes under two minutes.
🎨 Set up your auction
Name it, describe what it's for and where proceeds go, upload your logo, and pick a close date — auctions can run for up to 90 days.
🏷️ Add your items
Add up to 150 items with photos, a starting bid, and a minimum bid increment — same fields you'd use on a paper bid sheet.
📮 Share the link, code & poster
Every auction gets a unique link, a 4-letter code, and a downloadable poster with a QR code — print it and put it up at your event.
